PRIMARY PURPOSE:
It is the primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of assigned housekeeping areas.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental policies, practices, and procedures.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and ensure the smooth operation of assigned areaSupervise, train, direct, and assist all employees assigned to the areaDistribute workload fairly and evenly to those assigned to the stationConduct daily briefing and schedule meetings with Guest Room Attendants and House PersonsEnsure cleanliness of rooms, hallways, lockers, and lobbies that all work is done properlyPerform daily written guest room inspections in accordance with department standards
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalentWork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysTwo (2) Years in a housekeeping environmentTwo (2) Years in a supervisor position
