Title: HR Generalist
Location: Lewiston Office/ Hybrid Role
What You'll Do:
+ Maintain accurate employee personnel records in the HRIS system.
+ Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries.
+ Constantly looking for ways to improve processes, including automation and technology.
+ Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance.
+ Champion of employee engagement functions.
+ Dedicated to delivering seamless support and coordination to various facets of HR operations.
What You'll Bring:
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
+ 2+ years of experience in a fast paced environment preferably HR.
+ Experience with data entry with a high level of accuracy.
+ Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
