We celebrate diverse thinking and welcome contributions from all.What part would you play in this role? Responsible for strategic and comprehensive physician recruitment in accordance with the needs and goals of QTC.
Recruits qualified medical providers of all specialties; negotiates fees and generates contracts and coordinates the execution of the provider contracts within established guidelines; Performs research and initial interviews to identify and determine candidate suitability for placement.
Conducts initial familiarization training during recruitment to ensure provider willingness and ability to perform services. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A degree of creativity and latitude is expected.You will also:
Be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and selecting providers for nationwide contracted positionsPerform outbound calls to potential and existing candidates by telephone and e-mail to qualify them for potential job opportunitiesBe responsible for educating prospective candidates on the benefits of contractsBe responsible for building and maintaining candidate relationshipsPartner with management and physicians to understand talent needs, devise sourcing strategies and build pool of viable candidatesWe seek candidates w/ the following skills/competencies: Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goalsExperienced in the principles and procedures of candidate recruitment, selection, compensation, and credentialing of healthcare providersPersuasive sales acumen with closing abilityPossess strong presentation and negotiation skillsMust present and communicate in a professional mannerPossess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the companyPrevious cold calling experienceExperience in developing and executing territory strategiesPossess organizational and follow up skills, with attention to detailProficient with Microsoft products, ATS/CRS systems, Internet Job Boards and internet and social media recruitingOther Requirements (includes Certificates & Licenses)
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationMust have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service (preferably in the healthcare industry)Must be self motivated and driven to achieve monthly metric goals of contracting a specified number of medical providers to the QTC networkPay Range:
$38-$40/hrThe QTC Management pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
