These skills and qualifications will help you shine in this role:
- 5+ years of professional shop experience
- ASE certifications, required
- Valid, clean drivers license, required
- Leadership and mentoring skills, strongly preferred
- Advanced diagnostic and electrical skills (having your own diagnostic tools is a huge plus)
- Dependable, motivated, no excuses
- Team player, coachable, and committed to doing it right
