Senior Business Operations Coordinator
Your Role
The Senior Specialist, Planning Operations is responsible for process execution of omni channel offers and promotions across the Victoria's Secret, PINK and Beauty business units; maintaining a view of all upcoming offers and promotions, communicating to cross functional teams, gaining alignment on direction, tracking deliverables, and preparing materials for milestone meetings.

Create, maintain, and distribute promotional calendar
Collaborate with cross functional partners across Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and Ecommerce to ensure all upcoming offers are accurate and communicated to stake holders
Accountable for offer accuracy including start/end date, inclusion/exclusion, and offer details
Responsible for alerting teams impacted by updates and changes
Manage & facilitate promotional planning and approval meetings
Subject matter expert in all offers and promotions details and timing
Create and publish offer strategy for milestone meetings
Prioritize offer focuses based on volume and strategy
Ensure promotional tests are executed correctly and provide operational details to the testing team
Ad-Hoc document creation to support offer planning meetings (Calendars, Offer Overviews, TY/LY Views)
Act as central hub for all offer related inquires and updates
Enhance and improve the process
Minimum Salary :
$55,500.00Maximum Salary : $73,395.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown.
Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
QualificationsWhat Experience Should You Bring To This Role
1-3 years' experience in retail operations or communication related position preferred
Retail experience required
College degree required
Strong foundation in Smartsheet and MS Office Suite
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Collaborative & relationship builder
Ability to work in quickly changing, tight deadline environment
