Job summary
In this role you will report to the VP Supplier Risk Management Program Leader and oversee Synchrony's Supplier Due Diligence Quality Assurance Analytics team driving maturation of supplier due diligence quality assurance through a risk-based data driven approach ensuring regulatory compliance operational excellence.
In this role you are responsible for advancing due diligence validating core Program components through quality assurance processes partnering closely with Supplier Evaluation Specialists spanning multiple risk disciplines ensuring effective execution compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to simplify train Supplier Managers on due diligence expectations ensuring disciplined consistent execution across the organization while partnering with Functional Quality Assurance teams for surveillance execution testing.
- You will develop maintain comprehensive data-driven reporting dashboards committee sights managing oversight identification of emerging risks escalation framework upholding regulatory standards for supplier risk management working collaboratively across multiple governance control functions including Program participants Source to Pay partners Legal Compliance Operational Risk Internal Audit.
