    As the Tax Transfer Pricing Manager, a national business line role, youll be responsible for the delivery of a full range of tax and transfer pricing services for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries and market segments.

    Youll collaborate closely with partners and managing directors while teaming with managers, associates, and other teammates from around the globe to help clients identify and solve complex business problems through deploying a wide range of Grant Thornton solutions in a collaborative manner, ensuring quality above all, because together is how we succeed.

    Your day-to-day may include:Managing and monitoring multiple client services teams on client engagements; planning, executing, directing, and completing international tax projects; providing innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients; and managing engagements to budgetManaging the delivery of a full range of transfer pricing services, advising U.S.

    and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations as well as coordinating U.S.

    tax laws with foreign tax laws to assist in developing an efficient worldwide tax strategyWorking with tax partners and transfer pricing specialists to analyze and resolve international tax and finance issues and consult with clients on a wide range of tax and transfer pricing issuesIncorporating financial information into a proprietary financial model and conducting economic, financial, and accounting analysesMaintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are metConducting primary and secondary review of complicated or complex transfer pricing deliverables to ensure qualityWorking closely with partners, managers, and associates to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business developmentOther duties as assignedYou have the following technical skills and qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

    Master's in taxation /LLM, Master of Economics, PhD in Economics, MBA, or other advanced degree requiredMinimum five to seven years of progressive tax and transfer pricing experience in public accounting, consulting, or academiaCPA or JD/active law license requiredStrong experience in tax and transfer pricing management in an integrated client service teamExceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationshipsAbility to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environmentStrong computer expertise including knowledge of tax software and technologyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCan travel as needed#LI-KS2 #LI-POSTAbout UsAt Grant Thornton, we believe in making business more personal and building trust into every result for our clients and you.

    Grant Thornton interns are eligible to participate in the firms medical, dental and vision insurance programs and the firms employee assistance program.

    Interns also receive a minimum of 72 hours of paid sick leave, and are paid for firm holidays that fall within their internship period.


    Benefits for seasonal employee positions:

    Seasonal employees may also be eligible to participate in the firms 401(k) savings plan and employee retirement plan in accordance with applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
