Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
• Project Management: Oversee plumbing and electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet quality standards, safety regulations, and deadlines.
• Client Satisfaction: Maintain excellent client relationships through clear communication, problem-solving, and exceeding expectations.
• Training and Development: Foster skill development within your team through training, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in plumbing and electrical systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional project management abilities.
• Budgeting and financial management expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Three or more years of trade experience as a plumbing or electrical supervisor.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to drive company vehicles to various commercial and residential sites for work.
