- Coordinates all activities with outside consultants and marketing firms.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manages the design and printing of all company marketing materials such as brochures, collateral and mass mailings.
- Orders and maintains marketing items such as company stationary (letterhead, envelopes, business cards, name tags) and all promotional items that display UI logos such (cups, pens, t-shirts, golf balls, etc.).
- Maintains contacts and relationships with marketing vendors such as specialty printing companies, signage companies, photographers, web developers, etc.
- Maintains current UI Marketing database with:
- Current portfolio information and building photos.
- Company history, company photos, events, etc.
- Key employee bios and photos updated.
- Responsible for content development and maintenance of all social media sites including but not limited to: LinkedIn, Instagram, [X] and Facebook.
- Monitors and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement levels, and prepares regular reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Maintains UI website and implements frequent homepage updates.
- Works closely with outside consultant to manage press and seek opportunities for speaking engagements and event sponsorship.
- Gathers and maintains media contact information for press releases.
- Designs, prints, assembles and issues marketing documents and communications such as:
- Attends occasional seminars and workshops with coursework related to position
- Assists with marketing for charity and special projects such as posters and advertisements
- Assists with various administrative tasks as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Search Engines, Publisher, Acrobat 5.0, Photoshop 7.0, Illustrator, InDesign, AI capabilities and knowledge

o Handouts – current building portfolio, testimonials, etc.
o Power Point slides/ Presentations for RFP Responses
o Signage - building banners, etc.
o Mailings – RE broker mailings, lease announcements
o Advertisements – CoStar postings, etc.
o Building photography
o Maintain and update Project Resumes for Construction Department.
o Finds relevant real estate networking opportunities and engages team for attendance.
