Requirements:

You must be at least 18 years old to operate kitchen equipment.
Prior experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment, including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens are required.
Flexibility to work various shifts is necessary.

Job Description:

Our restaurants feature professional, fast-paced scratch kitchens where we hire dishwashers who understand the high expectations for food presentation and execution on spotless clean kitchenware. Typically, our restaurants have an open-kitchen layout with visibility from the dining room. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for coordination of designated positions, including collaboration with other employees and management team members. This position entails executing proper dish cleaning while maintaining a clean station and workspace. Following proper sanitation protocols is also crucial. Responsibilities include opening duties and closing cleaning tasks.
