    We are looking to place a mid-level Real Property Manager to provide support for Department of Defense (DoD) programs in Washington, DC.


    JOB DESCRIPTION:


    Read, coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain real estate management and development governance and programmatic documents, action plan recommendations, task and inquiry responses, and issue resolution action plan(s).

    Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and

    delivering/presenting

    associated meeting materials (e.g., slides, after action reports, minutes).
    Monitor, analyze, assess, and reconcile as needed Real Property (RP) transactions providing results to leadership and stakeholders, formulating processes, procedures, and reporting

    methods/improvements,

    and gaining approval for change management implementation.

    Support oversight of all real estate transactions to include, but not limited to, assessing compliance with delegated authorities, review and implementation of corrective actions for recommendations stemming from audits, timely renewal of leases, and development of proposed policies to enhance and streamline leasing processes.

    Provide oversight support of Enhanced Use Leasing (EUL) activities, to include capturing best practices and opportunities by Military Departments.
    Provide support for development of enterprise opportunities to include concept development and implementation.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    Bachelor's Degree.
    Minimum of 6 years of installation-level Real Property Manager (RPM) experience.
    Experience within the DoD Civil Engineering career field.

    Substantial knowledge of the NexGen IT database, Air Force RP accountability and financial reporting processes, Real Estate planning, Real Estate Development and real property inventory (RPI) analysis, assessment, and modeling.

    Knowledge of and experience in the principles of construction, contracts, and program management.

    Knowledge of Federal, state, and/or local regulations and statutes, as well as Air Force or DoD regulations and documentation is preferred.

    Ability to obtain and maintain a current SECRET security clearance is required.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
