Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years special education experience required.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Resource Room Special Education Teacher to work with students in Burnsville. As a Resource Room Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for providing direct instruction, developing, and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and ensuring that students with diverse learning needs receive a high-quality education.

40 hours, ASAP June 7th

16 students, grades 6th 8th grade

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Education or related field
Valid Minnesota teaching license for Special Education
Experience working with diverse learners and students with disabilities
Strong munication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction to students with diverse learning needs in a resource room setting
Develop and implement IEPs, ensuring that all acmodations and modifications are implemented
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure that students receive a high-quality education
Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust instruction as needed
municate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for home practice
