Job summary
A highly reputable company is looking for a Dispatcher to join their team This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to managing the loading and unloading of trucks efficiently ensuring compliance with corporate customer and governmental requirements meticulous attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures while exercising good judgment in instructing scale customers interacting professionally with truck drivers dispatchers and customers and much more Dispatch trucks issuing drivers the necessary placards seals labels material safety data sheets bills of lading and other paperwork to comply with DOT hazardous material regulations and security/loading/unloading procedures Communicate effectively with operationsand administrative personnel to expedite product movements Maintain professional communication with product analysis specifications labs Sort file records neatly accurately including customer orders correspondence permits Check proofread customer orders computer-generated reports Write type enter information into various computer databases prepare loading instructions for drivers bills lading documents Perform other duties as assigned Additional Skills Qualifications Proficient Excel pivot tables V-lookups At least 1 year experience related field Bachelor Degree Supply Chain Finance Accounting Benefits Great benefits package Work life balance Clear career growth path Job Type Location INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK***This position is moving extremely fast as this is an urgent need client If interested please send over most up date resume availability 10-minute phone call
