- Collaborates to design the right solution for the customer; customer focus will be the top 30 On Premise customers and 10 Retail Customers in Corpus Christi.
- Becomes the trusted Spirits advisor for the customer through consistent face to face meetings, training, displays and creative cocktail solutions.
- Drives business strategies to grow Andrews Spirits portfolio and influence within assigned accounts.
- Uses expertise and influence to provide Spirits portfolio solutions and build portfolio awareness.
- Monitors account metrics and identifies execution gaps; resolves issues and works with Andrews team to ensure problems are corrected in a timely manner.
- Creates effective distribution plans and manages SKU optimization.
- Collaborates with purchasing team to actively monitor inventory and adjusts as needed.
- Drives Andrews market share through menu engineering and well placements
- Provides customer obsessed leadership to ensure our programs drive customer profitability and growth through education, trainings, displays, distribution, menus and features.
- Cultivates contacts within the market to develop awareness of trends/changes in the market and how they affect customers; continually gathers intelligence on the competition.
- Acts as a sales advisor within the account team to provide guidance, awareness and motivation to support current and future business initiatives.
- Drives alignment with the local spirits suppliers and Class B account managers.
- Provides seamless communication and planning to support and coach the Andrews team in each account to help sell the Andrews full portfolio.
- Conducts retail training, samplings and product marketing introduction sessions within the hometown in an engaging and memorable presentation manner.
- Works with Sr Portfolio Spirits Ambassador on trade engagement and execution.
- Collaborates with the ACOE team to utilize and integrate consumer-driven data to achieve long term growth of assigned brands and provide sales teams with closed loop programs.
- Partners with all sales teams on Customer Centric Planning process.
- Delivers on-time accurate monthly planning documentation.
- Three to Five Years of Spirits Industry Experience (Supplier, Distributor, Bar/Restaurant Manager/Operator)
- Strong Understanding of the Beer and Spirits Industry; Passionate About the Beverage Industry
- Time Management and Prioritization Skills; Detail Oriented and Ability to Prioritize and Meet Tight Deadline
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building Skills
- College Degree in Sales, Business or Other Related Field
- Ability to Create Innovative Drink Solutions/Programs Grounded in an Understanding of Trends, Innovations and Current Events
- Ability to Captivate Audiences Through Powerful Storytelling and Impactful Presentations
- Experience in Building and Managing Successful Bar Programs or Previous Spirit Ambassador Experience
- Experience with Sales and/or Distributor Teams
- Advanced Knowledge of Craft and Specialty Beer; and Spirits
- Advanced Technology and Data Analysis Skills
- Spirits Certification (WSET, CSS, Etc.)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to pull/push a load up to 55 lbs.
- Requires heavy and repetitive lifting/placement of products up to 55 lbs.
- Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, crawls, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently throughout duration of workday.
- Must tolerate working in an environment with inside/outside ambient/extreme temperatures.
- Must be able to work in noisy and crowded environments.
- Ability to operate facility equipment required for role.

A Spirits First Market Manager is responsible for building relationships and customer experience while becoming a trusted business consultant that will develop innovative spirits solutions for business growth and profit opportunities. The Spirits First Market Manager coaches and collaborates with the Corpus Christi sales team to drive and achieve our strategic business goals. This role is part of the Spirits Sales team.

Account Management
Drives share of recommendation for our Spirits portfolio by creating Customer Centric, Brand Building programs that ensures the customer achieves desired profitability and growth.
Partners with the Liquor Channel and On Premise sales team members in Corpus Christi to provide spirits-focused sales solutions.
Prepares and presents portfolio insights and metrics monthly, quarterly, and annually to leadership and sales teams.
