Anytime Fitness Encinitas is a locally owned fitness facility focused on helping adults build strength, confidence, and long term health. We specialize in personal training, assisted stretching, and results driven coaching. Our culture is built around coaching, caring, and connecting with every member.
We are growing and looking for a Sales and Training Manager who can lead from the front.
Position Overview
This is not just a desk job. This is a leadership role for someone who can sell, coach, and build a high performance team.
You will be responsible for driving membership sales, personal training revenue, leading the coaching team, and ensuring every new member experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new membership sales and personal training sales
Conduct fitness consultations and goal setting sessions
Lead and mentor personal trainers and stretch specialists
Ensure 90 day plans are created and executed for clients
Track KPIs including close rate, sessions delivered, and retention
Oversee onboarding process and new member experience
Maintain strong relationships with members and community partners
Participate in local marketing and outreach initiatives
Qualifications
Proven sales experience with strong closing ability
Leadership experience preferred
Passion for health, strength training, and personal development
Strong communication and follow up skills
Ability to track metrics and manage performance
Personal training certification preferred but not required
Minimum 2 years experience in fitness, sales, or management
Compensation Structure
Competitive base pay
Commission on memberships sold
Commission on personal training packages sold
Performance bonuses tied to revenue and growth
High performers can earn significantly above base compensation.
