    We are disrupting the construction industry by creating beautiful, sustainable, and high-quality homes using 3D printing, advanced materials, and robotics automation.

    We are looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer.

    As a supplier quality assurance engineer, you will manage and coordinate activities of the supplier's quality assurance to meet the Company requirements.

    You'll have to make the established supplier's quality assurance standards are in place and followed, and the quality of products and services are consistent and meet both internal and external requirements.

    Your role will be concerned with improving the efficiency of the quality management system, performing data and reporting on quality, and improving the set standards.

    Responsibilities
    Develop, implement, and support supplier quality assurance processesEnforce supplier compliance with MIghty Buildings quality standards, procedures.

    Collaborate with production and construction quality on suppliers qualifications, parts dispositions, contaminants and corrective actionsIdentifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for productsCoordinate product testing processes and participate in product testingInspect or verify products for conformance with Mighty Buildings requirementsLead suppliers and in-house teams to systematic problem solving and closure for any failureEstablish critical-to-quality (CTQ) features in collaboration with Supplier, Engineering and OperationsWorks on the suppliers development and optimizationLeads the suppliers' auditsDevelop and evaluate supplier quality metrics to ensure targeted efficient allocation of resources within the team through identification of critical suppliers, products and processes.

    Skills & Requirements
    Relevant experience in the field of Quality and Continuous improvementExperienced in the application of Quality preventive methodologyStrong leadership skillsExcellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skillsAbility to analyze big data and make recommendations based on dataDetail-oriented, ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, flexibility to reorganize and reschedule work on short notice to meet tight deadlines, have a strong quality mindsetAbility to develop process mapHigh level of enthusiasm and a passion for quality and continuous improvements30-40% ability to travel nationally and internationally as requiredASQ certificationsSpanish as a plus
