- This role will be responsible for lunch & dinner service - Wed-Sunday; and Grab & Go options to the Cabana during normal prep hours

- Lead, mentor, and manage kitchen staff for optimal performance.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to meet budgetary goals.
- Stay current on culinary trends and continuously enhance skills.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a respected high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Creative menu development and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
