Retail Sales Associate

Join Burlington Stores, Inc. as a Retail Sales Associate in one of the largest off-price retail stores in the nation.

This exciting role is perfect for outgoing individuals with great organizational skills who thrive in high-energy environments.

About the Role

Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand, providing world-class service to customers.

You will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat sales floor, and supporting management with store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with merchandise location
Floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
Ringing up sales at registers and bagging merchandise
Performing other tasks assigned by manager

A flexible schedule is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
