    Aligned Solutions has partnered with a leading construction firm to hire a seasoned Marketing Manager.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Manage, guide, and train a marketing team focused on strategic pursuits, ensuring their growth and development

    · Develop and oversee strategic pursuit plans in collaboration with business development and operational leaders and manage pursuit deliverables from inception to completion while ensuring compliance and responsiveness

    · Work closely with the Pursuits Function Lead on pursuit strategy—improving processes and innovative solutions for enhanced quality and efficiency

    · Critically edit and proof content, ensuring compelling proposal responses and presentations, and manage print production of deliverables

    · Collaborate with the data analyst and pursuit team members to ensure maintenance of the marketing database and marketing materials, including project lists and personnel resumes

    · Establish and adhere to processes ensuring quality proposals and adherence to brand standards

    · May include managing consultants, developing project award strategies, and collecting case studies

    · Perform other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

    · 5-7 years in the A/E/C industry with a bachelor's degree

    · Supervisory experience and a history of successful pursuit/proposal development are essential

    · Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote

    · Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. A detail-oriented individual with persuasive writing and editing capabilities who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with positivity

    · Innovative thinking, embracing challenges and change

    · Willingness to occasionally work evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines

    · A team player who values relationships, enjoys mentoring, and contributes to a fun and supportive work environment
