The essential function of the position includes the following:

• Work with individuals providing skills teaching in all aspects of life.
• Ensures the provision and implementation of services.
• Ensures that the residential unit is maintained and operated in a safe, secure, and lawful manner.
• Supervises the daily activity and needs of the program participants.
• Supervises the provision of upkeep, maintenance, and supplies required for the physical facility, preparation, and recording of menus, expenses, daily communications, activities, medication, and daily program participant records.

Location of available shifts: We are hiring in
Lehigh County. The sites are Allentown and the boarder of Fountain Hill, PA.


Available shifts:
This is a 40 hour work week with a high probability of working between 8a-8p. There is an on-call component to this position.


All Team Members must:

• Master's degree or higher in a generally recognized clinical discipline and 1 year of mental health clinical experience.
• be 18 years of age or older
• have a current driver's license with no suspensions or points within the past three years
• have no prohibitive criminal offenses
• be available to work on weekends and holidays
