- Design Validation: Performing lab measurements and create validation report with comparisons vs design expectations

- Fulltime enrollment in accredited Bachelor's degree program in Electrical Engineer (must be completing 3+ year); MSEE or PhD candidate preferred

Description
The RFIC Intern will assist engineers in designing, developing, and characterizing pSemi's product development efforts for 5G NR mobile wireless RF front end semiconductor products for cellular handsets. Product lines include high performance LNAs, RF switches, power amplifiers, digital tunable filters, etc. The candidate will support products throughout the entire product life cycle from product definition through product release to end-of-life.
