Description
Hematology Oncology Opportunity in Northeastern ORHospital looking for a BE/BC Hematology Oncology Physician to join them
Independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system
Approximately 200 clinic visits per month between two providers
4 days a week, 8 hours a day at main Hospital, office hours 8am-5pm.
1 day a week, 8-hour day at other smaller Hospital. (This is factored into the current FTE, approx. 6-8 patients a week, and mileage is reimbursed).
0.8 FTE Nurse practitioner to support the provider
Hem/Onc providers are within the clinic space to support Infusion staff as well. The Infusion Clinic supports approximately infusions per month.
Fulltime, permanent. Epic EMR
Very competitive total compensation opportunity (600k+).
Quality incentives up to $50,000
RVU bonus based on annual threshold
Commencement bonus:
$40,000
$8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
