    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Business Growth Consultants will be a sales resource for in primarily for their state but also nationwide. They perform all duties of the consultative sales for clients. This will include such activities as lead generation activities to build a sales funnel, initial consultative sales, and client qualification.

    The primary goals of this position are to meet sales goals, build the appropriate funnel for future customer acquisition, and ensure ongoing success of the funding solution for our clients. The role will report to the COO and be engaged in ongoing funnel and strategic discussions with her on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identify and make connections with clients who have a need for funding in your state and nationally through event marketing, social media campaigns, digital marketing/lead campaigns, and networking.
    • Sales Funnel lead generation, maintaining a minimal sales volume monthly, attending team huddles, and conduct weekly 1:1 reviews with COO.
    • Master the value of a true consultative sales process for our customers. This will include the characteristics of integrity selling, as well as positioning our product as a valuable solution for a borrower.
    • Client onboarding. This includes client application package collection, revieing for accuracy, and client portal submission.
    • Being support to the processing and underwriting team to ensure ongoing success for clients, and to trouble shoot any potential concerns or questions that the team might have.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    This position requires an individual with:

    • Financial Services, Lending, or Real Estate Sales Experience Preferred
    • Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow as a sales professional. Must be coachable and have a willingness to be a valued teammate.
    • Aptitude and willingness to learn, grow, and adapt as a consultative seller. (Experience or Training Preferred)
    • Intermediate computer skills: CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email systems.
    • Must be willing and able to travel 10-20% of the time in the state and/or domestically.
    • Must occasionally work weekends.
    • Must have strong interpersonal relationship experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong team player with an excellent work ethic.
