- Greeting office guests in a professional manner
- Answering phones and transferring to correct department/person

- Assisting coordinator with daily duties and/or projects
- Assisting production management when needed
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic PC knowledge including use of Outlook, Excel, and Word. Position also requires telephone and typing skills.
- Previous experience in construction and customer service, or other related fields is helpful.
- Ability to build rapport with customers, is necessary to help build a good communication link with our team and our customers.

POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a Part Time Office Coordinator Assistant to join our team You will greet customers, answering phones, data entry, filing, customer support, assist with scheduling, among other duties assigned by the Production Coordinator or General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND BASIC TASKS
Honest, dependable, self-motivated, deadline and detail-oriented, good communication skills. Extroverted and able to handle job problems and complaints while keeping a positive mind set. Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Fast-paced and fun office environment position that requires the abilities to work in close contact with other office support staff and Sales Staff.
