- Review title commitments, surveys, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and process all necessary paperwork for property closings, including title insurance documents, deeds, and settlement statements.
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other parties to facilitate timely and successful closings.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns related to the title process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate title processing or a related field.
- Experience working with investors and investor transactions (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of title insurance policies, title searches, and closing procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and title processing software (Softpro, Qualia).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Virginia real estate laws and regulations is preferred.
