- Understand and implement social work principles and code of ethics.
- Conduct discharge planning, crisis counseling, community resource information and education.
- Assess the patients' services to determine whether they are successful.
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Social Worker credentialed from the Texas Department of State Health Services required.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
- 5 years of social work experience required.
