    Description

    Work as a Border Patrol Agent (BPA) with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), where you'll play a vital role in safeguarding America's borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing economic prosperity.

    Typical Assignments:

    • Detect & question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws by inspecting documents & possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
    • Prevent & apprehend aliens and smugglers at or near borders using surveillance from covert positions during night operations
    • Interpret tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband
    • Perform farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols,& transportation checks for public safety
