    A dynamic, rapidly-growing San Bernadino Company, needs your experience in coordinating schedules, telephone appointments, assisting with administrative duties and customer service. You will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the interface of our Field Personnel with our clients. Your ability to communicate and understand their particular requirements and desires are crucial.

    Essential Functions:

    · Coordinate document delivery, follow up and appointments

    · Maintain travel and appointment schedules

    · Prepare and submit weekly status reports

    · Coordinate with other administration personnel on records and notices

    · Ability to adapt to a rapidly growing environment with changing needs and priorities

    Experience Desired:

    · One (1) plus years administrative experience

    · Proven excellent communication skills in English

    · Experience with numerous scheduling issues, coordinating phone conferences and interacting with upper management

    · Direct customer service problem resolution

    · Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and Access)

    · Experience with QuickBooks desktop

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    · Proven Customer Service Excellence

    · Excellent demonstrated time management skills
