    24hr call coverage with schedule TBD
    8-10 patients per shift with phone consults
    Hospital setting with inpatient and outpatient rounding
    General urology with advanced endoscopic techniques required
    Laparoscopic surgeries and percutaneous nephrolithotomy
    Ureteroscopy and nephrectomy procedures
    Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy skills
    Coverage to supplement practice with 2 physicians
    We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
    We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
    We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
    Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
