Job Description: Our restaurants feature professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens. We seek line and prep cooks who grasp the high standards for food presentation and preparation. In our restaurants, there is often an open-kitchen setup, providing visibility from the dining area. Effective communication and teamwork are essential when coordinating designated roles with colleagues, including assemblers, expeditors, and management personnel. This role involves ensuring accurate food preparation according to recipes and company standards, alongside maintaining a tidy work area. Adherence to sanitation practices is crucial. Additionally, responsibilities encompass opening and closing cleaning duties.
