Responsibilities PeopleTec is currently seeking a Senior Avenger Training and Development Specialist to support our Huntsville, AL location

Duties:

• Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance.
• Analyze training needs and provide monthly support to the operational AMD Task Force for Avenger.
• Additional support will be required during training exercises and certification events.
• Be able to work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of the task order and performs all functional duties independently.
• Oversee the efforts of other senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
• Assist in the preparation, review, and evaluation of program documentation for management and technical reviews.
• Provide resources to support working groups, integrated product teams, technical interchange meetings, process reviews, program reviews, and design reviews.
• Support the development of briefing materials and technical papers and provide independent technical review for accuracy and content.
• Provide technical orientation briefings, as required.
• Attend program reviews, as required, to better understand issues/problems related to programs and propose recommendations for possible solutions to issues.
• Participate in meetings with respective program managers to provide technical assistance, input, and advice

Qualifications Required Skills/Experience :

• Must have over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree
• Must be U.S

citizens and have (at a minimum) a SECRET clearance at the time of TO issuance.

• Performance of this TO is anticipated to occur at the Government facilities: 90% of the performance under this TO is to occur in Redstone Arsenal, Alabama (Building 5220).
• Requires Full Time labor hours of 40 hours per week and excess of 40 hours per work week to include holidays, weekends, and/or during irregular times and shifts based upon mission operations and exercises as needed.
• Travel may be required in performance of this TO

Specific travel requirements will be identified and funded as such need arises.

• Perform other related duties as required.

Travel: 10 %

• Must be a U.S

Citizen

• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work

Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment Education Requirements :
