- Knowledge of land surveying practices, principles, and techniques.
- Familiar with AutoCAD or Carlson Survey Software for drafting and computations.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, team player with strong computer skills
- Possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- An associate degree in a related field.
- Familiar with boundary, topographic, construction stakeout and monitoring, utility, right-of-way, corridor and existing condition surveys, 3D modeling.
- Proficient with Carlson Survey.
- Experience with HDS scanners, UAV drones, or point clouds.
