- Serving as a liaison for the CST team across various organizations in the community
- Conducting quality assurance reviews of CST records
- Completing assessments and treatment plans in accordance with standards
- Managing schedules and conducting client-centered consultations
- Providing crisis intervention and safety planning
- Tracking client data and maintaining program fidelity
- And other assigned duties
- 5 years of experience and training in counseling
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- Must have specific licensures or be eligible for licensure
- Additional experience in mental health settings
- Specific certifications like CADC, LIC CPC, CERT CADC, LIC LCSW, LIC MSW
