    SAIC is currently seeking a Geospatial Intelligence Targeting Analyst Trainer at Fort Liberty, NC.

    Job Duties:

  • Provide training on Geospatial Intelligence support to dynamic and deliberate targeting. Train other trainers to expand targeting training capacity at Corps sites.
  • Certify Geospatial Intelligence soldiers in targeting skills to prepare them for exercises and deployments and to maintain certification currency to meet maintain readiness requirements.
  • Support FORSCOM Expeditionary Military Intelligence Brigade (EMIB) locations in relation to Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) support.
  • Utilize DIEE, AIMES, SOCET GXP InMotion, and other exploitation software as directed by PED support requirements.
  • Be prepared to perform full motion video exploitation in a shift work environment as an integral
  • part of a combined team of military and civilian team members.
  • Serve as a senior member of a support team and will be available to respond to the needs defined by the 525thEMIB.
  • Qualifications

    Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and five (5) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Required Security Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (US Citizenship required).
  • Required Skills:

  • Understanding of Joint targeting and Army targeting standards.
  • Tactical GEOINT support to targeting experience.
  • Experience in exploitation of EO/IR imagery as well as SAR and MTI.
  • Experience with exploitation and targeting software such as Digital Image Exploitation Environment (DIEE), SOCET GXP, MOVINT, and other comparable software.
  • Experience in Collateral Damage Estimates (CDE), Target Coordinate Mensuration (TCM), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) Phase I and II, and IntermediateTarget Development (ITD).
  • Experience with US Message Text Format (USMTF) message formats and dissemination of intelligence USMTF messages to Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) and Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS).
  • Familiarity with the Tactical Ground Station (TGS) and Geospatial Workstation (GWS).
  • Ability to prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids (graphs, charts, etc.) and drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing.
  • This role utilizes a "Panama Schedule" which consists of a rotating schedule where the team will work 12 hour shifts, of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on and 2 days off. This schedule alternates from "Day Shift" to "Night Shift" after 90 days, and then back to "Day Shift" after another 90 days.
  • Desired Skills:

  • Experience in training soldiers in GEOINT tasks and tradecraft
  • Previous TMO certification
  • Skills in Target Mensuration, BDA, ITD, and generation of GEOINT reports
  • Ingestion of target data into Army systems and databases
  • SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.

    Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
