Requirement: Systems (ARIS) Analyst

Job Description: Forge is hiring a Systems Analyst to join our team supporting the U.S. Army. This individual will lead efforts to prepare required contract deliverables and develop required technical documentation for the project in Aris BPM.

Key Responsibilities: Key responsibilities of the candidate will be (but aren't limited to):

• Prepare, revise, review, and maintain Enterprise Architecture diagrams in the Aris BPM tool.
• Use other documentation tools (such as Visio, Power BI, Confluence) to develop templates and create output in various forms.
• Ensure technical documentation is developed using the most current documentation standards as outlined by the customer.
• Communicate technical requirements and issues across enterprise applications.
• Research and document client processes and standards; ensure these are adhered to when preparing contract deliverables and associated technical documentation.
• Attend in-person planning events (duration approximately three days) in PA, DMV, or alternative locations up to 5 times per year.
• Maintain an active security clearance.

Qualifications/Requirements:

The Candidate must have the ability to think strategically, act tactically, and display strong analytical and critical thinking skills. They must also build strong cross-group working relationships and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The Candidate must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.

We are looking for candidates with experience supporting federal government to prepare various technical documentation and contract deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications:

• US Citizen
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience with Aris BPM software
• Ability to pass/obtain T2 background investigation.

Highly Desired Qualifications:

• Security+ Certification.
• Experience supporting the DoD
• 3+ years of experience working directly with clients

Job: Full-Time

Location: Remote (Travel up to 10% annually)

Salary Range: $75k - $100k/yr
