What you will do:

We are currently searching for a friendly, energetic full-time Maintenance Technician for our 150-unit apartment community located in the South Lake Union area of Seattle, WA.

As a key part of the community's success, you have a hand in every resident's satisfaction.

You are personable, talented, tech-savvy, and skilled with an eye for detail and quality with a proactive approach to preventative work.

Each day is different, suggesting the need to prioritize tasks, be creative, and use the initiative to problem solve. Your professionalism and follow-through with residents make you a conqueror Will be on an on-call rotation.

Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

What you will Bring:
Solid understanding of maintenance in the property management field, skilled in: plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting.

Highly organized to handle work at a fast pace, efficiently with follow-through and an eye for detail.

Proactive approach to handle anything that comes your way, especially when it comes to emergencies and after-hour calls.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to work after hours for on-call emergencies as part of the on-call rotation.

The salary range for this position is $28-30 per hour.

Other compensation includes but is not limited to:
renewal commissions, mileage reimbursement, and if applicable: housing discounts.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as the candidate's experience and qualifications.
