Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven L&D Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide learning initiatives with a strong focus on innovation, scale, and GenAI-enabled learning solutions. This role goes beyond traditional project managementpartnering closely with business leaders, cross-functional teams, and technology teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that leverage data, automation, and generative AI.

Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end project management for L&D initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, compliance training, and upskilling programs

· Identify and implement GenAI use cases across the learning lifecycle (e.g., content creation, personalization, assessments, learning analytics, coaching bots)

· Partner with instructional design and tech teams to embed AI-driven learning solutions responsibly and effectively

· Oversee pilot programs for GenAI-enabled tools and scale successful solutions across the organization

· Ensure ethical, compliant, and secure use of AI in learning initiatives

· Expertise in creating L&D curriculum for internal teams.

· Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

· Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

· Coordinate cross-functional teams (instructional designers, facilitators, LMS admins, vendors) to ensure smooth delivery

· Ensure learning programs meet quality standards and align with organizational learning strategy

· Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports

· Oversee pilot programs, rollouts, and post-launch evaluations

· Use data and feedback to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement

· Maintain project documentation and governance standards

Qualifications/Required Skills:

· 10+ years of strong hands-on project management experience, with 5+ years in L&D

· Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level learning programs

· Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital learning solution

· Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools or AI-driven learning platforms

· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

· Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

· Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Behavioral Skills:

· Ability to propose and implement improvements in the system

· Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
