RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create corporate and plant standard processesMaintain the IATF quality systems and ensure compliance with the IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 audit standardsLead corporate auditing with plant quality managers for the IATF 16949 quality management systemCreate the standard and manage the document control system and processes for MotusAssist manufacturing sites in tracking findings and closure of findings using interim and permanent corrective actions to close all findingsMaintain IATF audit records and track costs associated with auditsManage reporting of manufacturing sites Key Performance Indicators (KPI)Support all company policies and procedures


REQUIREMENTS:
4-year degree in BA/BS in Business, Management, or Engineering required or 3-5 years of experience in a Quality Management leadership role with 3+ years of audit experienceExperience directly supporting customer sites a plusSelf-motivated with a high sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptabilityStrong leadership skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required)Proficient in EnglishAbility to work with multi-cultural team members
