    Position: Information Technology Program Manager, NH , (GS-12/13 equivalent)

    Description of Position: Serves as a C5I planner for future operations supporting CCMD planning, strategy, exercises, assessments, and futures division, for the Digital Superiority Directorate (J6), US Space Command.

    Position Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Ensures the command's C4/Cyber operations, services, and systems, are effectively leveraged to support global campaigning, operations, IT, and cyber strategies, as well as exercises, assessments, and futures capabilities.
    • Knowledge of C4/Cyber concepts to leveraging the full range of capabilities to support USSPACECOM's network and future operations.
    • Maintains planning artifacts and testing the validity of plans through exercise support, mission analysis, and assessments.
    • Ability to present complex issues, analyze, plan, and organize, staff functions while thriving in fast paced environment. Ability to resolve day-to-day issues as they pertain to the execution of the Combatant Command's Plans.

    Key Skills & Abilities:

    • Knowledge of CCMD level planning activities and products
    • Exercises knowledge and skills in the joint planning process
    • Established and maintains planning artifacts such as CPLAN, OPLAN, COOP
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or as part of a cohesive group

    Qualification Requirements:

    • 1 year of experience at the next lower broadband/grade level (or equivalent) in performing Information Technology Program Manager duties. 3 years of experience desired.
    • Bachelor's degree w/ 5+ years relevant experience desired
    • Master's degree desired

    Conditions of Employment:

    • Must be a U.S. Citizen
    • Males born after 12/31/59 must certify registration with Selective Service
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance
    • Must successfully pass a drug screen
    • Must sign a non-disclosure agreement
    • May be required to work irregular duty hours including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
    • Occasional travel away from the regular duty location may be required
    • Position may be recalled to duty
