- Knowledge of OSHA/MSHA regulatory requirements.
- Familiar with Industrial Construction activities.
- Oversee and ensure safe daily operations in the field.
- Inspect and assess job sites daily to identify hazards, risks and potential safety issues.
- Develop effective strategies to mitigate risks as they arise in the field.
- Address all safety concerns by providing educated recommendations to ensure the safety of our team members.
- Request hazard correction from our customer's on-site contractor personnel (as needed).
- Coach and train team members in the field on safe operations.
- Conduct various training sessions (New Hire Orientation, Annual Refreshers).
- Conduct interviews to obtain information in regards to on the job incidents and accidents.
- Provide immediate on-scene assistance and management in the event of an incident.
- Establish a strong working relationship with our customers' and on-site personnel.
- Complete daily administrative duties.
- This position requires daily travel to various client worksites mostly within the Central Florida. 15% travel outside of Florida but within the United States.

- Associates degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or other relevant field; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Safety is preferred. May consider 5- 7 years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of 2-5 years' work experience with responsibilities in EHS compliance is required, preferably in the construction industry.

- This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work vary (Monday Sunday with some overnight work) and overtime is frequently required.
