    Job Description

    Tri-Vin Wines and Spirits is in need of a Logistic Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and detail-oriented to ensure the efficiency of supply chain and logistics processes, such as monitoring inventory, purchasing, transportation, and warehousing activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and manage incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with carriers, SSL's, and customers to coordinate shipping details and provide necessary information.
    • Submit and confirm purchase order details with suppliers.
    • Provide required documentation for customs entry.
    • Liaise with various parties to ensure accuracy in inventory, orders, and shipments.
    • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • Minimum 10 years of logistics experience.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Familiarity with import/export regulations.
    • Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
