- Work with a high degree of independence to execute R&D projects and contribute to project planning
- Perform a wide variety of tasks in the laboratory, including both routine and complex procedures to execute bench experiments
- Maintain complete and accurate records in lab notebook
- Analyze data and interprets results
- Work productively with other team members as well as on independent assignments
- Prepare technical reports, summaries, and protocols
- Troubleshoot and optimize experimental protocols when necessary
- Experience in developing new device or drug candidates
- Prior experience in a regulated clinical testing environment (GLP, GCP, or GMP)

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join the team and contribute to research efforts across multiple innovative programs. This role will support the development of pre-clinical and clinical biological assays and other R&D projects as needed.
What we expect of you
Basic Qualifications:
· BS degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or closely related scientific discipline.
· 1-3+ years of experience in a relevant industry environment or MS degree with 0-1+ years of relevant industry experience
· Basic understanding of cellular biology, molecular biology and virology
