Job Title: Customer Support Call Center Agent

Company: Randstad

Are you someone who enjoys helping others? Do you have previous experience working in a call center environment? Our client in Doral is seeking to expand their team to provide assistance for FEMA during the storm season.

Although the duration of this assignment is not fixed, it could potentially last for a month or longer.

Job Details:

Pay: $19.37 per hour (including fringe pay)
Employment Type: Temporary
Education Requirement: High School Diploma
Category: Office and Administrative Support Occupations

Shift Requirements:

Applicants must be available between 7am-10pm every day of the week. Flexibility is crucial as the assigned shift may vary.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound phone calls regarding disaster relief efforts
Average of 100 calls per day
Assist individuals in need of support
Accurately document call information in the system

Essential Skills:

Call Center Experience
Active Listening Abilities
Empathy Towards Callers
Proficient Telephone Etiquette
Typing Proficiency
Basic Software and Computer Skills

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Experience Level: Entry Level
