Our client has an employee healthcare clinic in Jack, AL that is in need of a physician to provide coverage as needed. Pay is $120/hr. Once credentialed, there is the opportunity to provide coverage at their other clinics in Alabama as well. Details below

• Position: Physician (Family Medicine/Primary Care)
• Position Type: PRN, Contract, 1099
• Facility: Health Clinic for employees and their families in Jack, Alabama
• Pay: $120/hr
• Details: Basic primary care/family medicine, ages 6+, 6-8 patients/day, dispensing health center, does not participate in HomeMed, Primary Care, Acute Care, EMR is Cerner
• Current Needs: May 28 & 31
• Other: Shadow/Training prior to first shift, travel & lodging assistance available

• Active Alabama Physician License
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• 2+ years of family medicine/primary care experience
