ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – NOW HIRING
The Eric Group, the regional leader in concert and event management and production, is seeking a highly professional Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
This is a key, high-visibility position reporting directly to the CEO and offers strong long-term career growth potential for the right candidate. The ideal applicant is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting executive leadership and team operations at the highest level.
Qualifications & Expectations
- Four-year college degree and/or relevant professional experience
- Experience in the entertainment and live events industry preferred but not required
- Mastery of word processing, data management, and office productivity software
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and professional communication standards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a discerning eye for detail
- Ability to take direction while also leading initiatives to completion
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead, motivate, train, and hold team members accountable in alignment with company policies and culture
- Willingness to take on new projects related to event management and customer service as needed
- Consistent demonstration of a professional demeanor and a "Make It Happen" attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them with professionalism and warmth
- Handle multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and transfer calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Maintain accurate digital filing systems and perform data entry using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics to maximize efficiency
- Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
- Support bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to phone and email inquiries
- Assist with event coordination and office workflow support as needed
Work Environment & Standards
- Ability to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require
- Commitment to a professional, smoke-free, vape-free, alcohol-free, and drug-free workplace
- Alignment with company culture, expectations, and operational standards
