Job summary

We are hiring a Payroll & HRIS Specialist to fully own payroll execution,
the HRIS platform,
and all people related reporting.

This is not a transactional role.

This position owns the paycheck,
the system that produces it,
and the reporting leadership relies on.

  • Owning bi-weekly multi-state payroll with full accountability for accuracy compliance and on-time delivery.
  • Serving as the sole owner of the HRIS system including configuration data structure workflows security integrations updates downstream impacts.
