Black Rooster Bistro is looking for one line cook to join our small and mighty kitchen team. We are located on 516 2nd Street downtown Hudson, WI. Our ideal candidate has a desire to learn and loves food. We have a scratch kitchen and pride ourselves in using fresh, local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Our menu is small so we can execute each dish to perfection every time. Black Rooster Bistro is a locally owned, chef run restaurant.

Qualifications

• Cooking experience preferred but not required
• Works well under pressure
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments between 10am and 10pm
• Anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and work as a united team
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation is $ $18.00/hour.
