Update and Enhance Website

Job description
My website is older and needs updating with new features. I am looking for a skilled web developer to revamp the site, ensuring it is modern and user-friendly. The project involves both front-end and back-end development tasks to improve functionality and design. The ideal candidate will have experience in web development and design, with a strong understanding of PHP and WordPress.- Responsive design for devices like Desktop | Tablet | and Mobile
- I have brand colors sorted out already, I kind of did rebranding already so I have different fonts that I can give, Archetype is magician, I have the corevalues if needed.
- I will provide the text myself as I want it to sound authentic like me and as I am.
- I will also provide the lead magnets, for now this may be PDF but on my existing page I have an audio file (meditation) and I might still want to have a meditation as a lead magnet as well.
- The agenda/calendar page does not have to be a page that includes calendly, but I want to make it a page where people can see where I am playing and they can buy a ticket if they want to come.
- I want to add a page where people can see my visibility in the media so if I join interviews, podcasts anything like that I want to put the links in there, as that way it also shows authority.
- Shop included either via systeme io or in another way please advise)
- Possibility to send newsletters or contact the people that downloaded the lead magnets (maybe mailchimp implementation please advise)
- The linktree page already exists so it only needs to be adjusted to the right colors and fonts.
- I have reviews and on my existing website I have mostly video's but I do have some written ones as well which are good to implement. I have no idea how many is normal to up on.
- It needs to be in both Dutch and English, I don't know if that would go with an automatic translation or does everything have to be translated by hand?
A litlle background information:
the existing website has been made 5 or 6 years ago and at that time is was more information than selling, as I just started coaching and during the pandemic I was more in contact with people in the UK.
But now I am more visible in Holland again, but also still have some english connections and through media I get some interviews or podcasts and so on.
I started doing stand up comedy not because I thought I was so funny (that was the bonus) but I started it to overcome my biggest fears which are visibility and the fear of rejection.
So I am living the process that I guide people with, as selflove, fears and pressure are constantly a theme in anyone's life.
The pressure in Europe is growing so are the mental health issues.So the waitinglists are enormous which make people hopeless and they are looking for other ways to solve their challenges.
My 10 yrs experience with 3 depressions, a lot of study on personal development made me come up with a new idea/system that I needed while being on the waitinglist.
With low budget items like cheat sheets, exersizes, planners, journals and meditations that people can buy seperately or in a bundle (with discount) and they can book a call with me as well as they can add what they want, so they can make it as expensive as they want.
So the digital products now are mostly PDF and maybe some audio, with in the future I might want to do some video as well so I can make some bundles into a tiny course.
I have not tested this out yet, on how I can convert this and how many products it will be, but I have so many different files and I have to make them seperately in Dutch and English I guess.
At this moment I have one physical dutch carddeck for sale via syteme io.I have a free account on there, which will not be enough if I want the extra products as well.
So then I can extent it, but I am not sure if this is the easiest and simplest way to go, so please advise on that.
I want to be able to have funnels with up and downsell but so far I wasn't able to get it figuered out on systeme io so I made an orderbump instead to fix it.
Regarding WordPress updates:
Can you also offer a small monthly maintenance plan where you Update WordPress, theme, plugins - Check security.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
