    Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to work in our client's building and carry out cleaning duties.

    The goal is to keep this building in a clean and disinfected condition that satisfies the client.
    ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a sanitary environment in compliance with OSHA's standards on BloodbornePathogens (29 CFR , including proper disposal of regulated waste,Adhering to CDC, EPA, and OSHA guidelines related to routine disinfection for COVID-19 andother infectious diseasesClean designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

    Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projectsNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsStock and maintain supply roomsCooperate with the rest of the staffFollow all health and safety and regulations including emerging pathogens CDC disinfection guidelinesAll employees are expected to comply with wearing face coverings at all times while on the premises to prevent the spread/contraction of COVIDSkillsProven working experience as a janitorKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and suppliesFamiliarity with Material Safety Data SheetsIntegrity and ability to work independently and with a teamCOVID-19 considerations:
