    The Hire-To-Retire (H2R) team within HR Transformation is leading the transformation of Human Resources within Lockheed Martin.

    The focus is on process commonality, interoperability, a high-quality stakeholder experience, leveraging data as a strategic asset, and improved operating models to support technology modernization of all HR systems.

    Our HR Transformation - H2R team is seeking a full-time Business Transformation Partner.

    In this role, the selected candidate will report to the H2R Product Owner and will:


    • Work with H2R team to support the development and oversight of H2R governance model for optimized process, communication, and decisioning
    • Collaborate with the H2R team to ensure Human Resources Corporate policy updates are made based on H2R key decisions and transformation outcomes.
    • Support the definition of the HR future state (HR personas and HR journey maps)
    • Support H2R the execution and closure of key 1LMX and HR transformation deliverables.
    • Works with H2R team to create and provide Monthly progress/status updates
    This role is 100% remote.

    Basic Qualifications:


    • Must have strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
    • Demonstrated strong teamwork, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
    • Proven experience developing personas and end to end customer journey maps
    • Demonstrated motivation with strong initiative to accept new challenges in complex environments.
    • Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility; shows pride in work performed
    • Demonstrates flexibility in acceptance of assignments and schedules; maintains professional behavior and appearance; exhibits dependability.
    • Bachelor of Science from an accredited college in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent/related discipline.
    • 10+ years of experience leading and supporting large & complex business transformation initiatives
    • Green Belt Certified or equivalent with Lean Six Sigma experience
    • Motivated self-starter with strong initiative to accept new challenges in complex environments.

    • Significant experience preparing and delivering professional presentations
    • A strong sense of curiosity and an innovative spirit
    • Demonstrated ability to interface with multiple executives & product teams
    • Ability to influence/coach others.

    Remote Telework:

    The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.

    Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $99,800 - $187,900.

    Pay Rate:


    The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $86,700 - $166,300 .

    Non-represented full-time employees:

    accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

    Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

    This position is incentive plan eligible.
